THE STANDARDS

CONNOR’S KOLSCH: An authentic German-style golden ale. Lower mash and fermentation temperatures , a percentage of wheat malt in the grain bill and German Hallertau hops all contribute to the refreshing flavor of this light beer. 22 IBUs. 4.8% abv.

DOGTAIL IPA: Brewed with all the TLC a hop-head has to offer, this bold ale tantalizes the taste buds of the serious hop lover with its pronounced bitterness and citrusy finish. Generous amounts of Centennial hops added at the end of the kettle boil and dry-hopped in the serving tank  contribute a fresh, crisp hop flavor and aroma. 69 IBUs. 6.0% abv.

KENNEL KING IMPERIAL IPA: A beer fit for anyone with a palate daring enough to give it a try. Hops, hops and more hops. Loads of Simcoe, Cluster, and Amarillo are added during the kettle boil and even more of the same are dry hopped in the serving tank. If you are into hops, then this is a must-try! 103 IBUs. 8.1% abv.

OLD BOYS’ BROWN ALE: Medium in body and unique in its flavor complexity. We use a combination caramel, victory, and chocolate malts to give this tasty brew a toasted, nutty flavor. 24.64 IBUs. 4.8% abv.

THE SEASONALS/SPECIALTIES

BLACK LAGER: The brewmaster took an Old World Style—German Schwartzbier—and gave it a New World attitude. Noticeable malt and roasted/chocolate notes are what you will find here, rounded out and balanced by a moderate hop bitterness and flavor. A dark, delicious lager fit to be quaffed during the fall and winter months. 37 IBUs, 6.6% abv.

CHOCOLATE STOUT: Redesigned and refined, here is our tribute to the love of all things chocolate.  This rich ale was brewed with English chocolate and caramel malts in the mash and a blend of citra and fuggle hops for both hop additions during the boil.  Then New Guinea vanilla beans were added to the beer just before the end of the fermentation and French cocoa nibs were steeped in the serving tank to put the finishing touch to this dark, decadent beer.  Enjoy!  27 IBUs, 5.8% abv.   

APPLE HARVEST ALE: A Belgian Specialty Ale made with 20% VanderMill’S sweet apple cider.  Look out!  This one packs a punch!  25 IBUs, 9.2% abv.

IMPERIAL RED ALE: For those of you who are missing our Rover’s Waggin Red, this is sure to be a treat! Hopped more like an IPA for balance, this beer is defined by its malt and caramel flavors, higher alcohol percentage, and rich mouthfeel. 70 IBUs, 7.8% abv.

PISTACHIO CREAM STOUT: The brewmaster brewed a sweet stout as the base for this rich, dark ale.  The additions of lactose sugar to the kettle boil adds body and a subtle sweetness while roasted pistachio nuts steeped in the serving tank provide a unique accent for your drinking pleasure.   Enjoy!  33 IBUs, 5.5% abv.

BOURBON BARREL AGED HOLIDAY STOUT:  Our chocolate stout aged for two months in a bourbon barrel.  Dark Belgian candi syrup added to the barrel provides dark fruit essences, blending with the oak and bourbon hints in a unique take on Stout beer.  30IBU’s  6.0%abv.
